Buyer Profile
The buyers who take part in La Cumbre are executives responsible for the purchase of products and services in the Americas, from Argentina to Canada.
Said buyers are wholesale tour operators, incentive companies, meeting planners, event organisers and wholesale travel agencies.
All buyers who take part in this event are thoroughly pre-qualified. In said pre-qualification process, the following parameters, among others, are evaluated: buying level, annual budget, number of organised events per year, business conducted internationally.
As a result of this pre-qualification, qualified buyers receive an invitation to attend the event.
If you have not been invited, you may still apply to be pre-qualified by completing the proper form.
Buyers may request appointments with exhibitors. Appointments are mutually agreed upon; i.e., the buyer requests the meeting and the exhibitor either accepts or rejects said request.

*All companies that act as receptive operators must sign an agreement undertaking not to offer their services during the event. Likewise, all meetings with exhibitors must be carried out in a buyer capacity, NOT as a receptive operator. For the sale of products, it is a necessary condition to take part as an exhibitor through a booth.
