Club Elite
Club Elite is an incentive program designed for buyers who attend a minimum of 25 appointments during the event. Buyers who satisfy this requirement are automatically entered in the Club Elite raffle, taking place at the end of the event. Winnings may vary, but usually consist of a 5,000 USD grand prize, one 2,500 USD first prize, and one 1,000 USD prize.
To be considered as a Club Elite member, participating buyers must pre-schedule a minimum of 25 appointments via our online appointment scheduling system. Club Elite members have a designated registration booth to provide the convenience of a quicker check in.
Participants must request an adhesive from each exhibitor delegate they conduct a pre-scheduled meeting with. Each adhesive must be affixed on the corresponding slot in their Club Elite Passport (included in the registration envelope). It is imperative that these adhesives are claimed after each completed meeting in order to be part of the Club Elite raffle, and if applicable, to receive your Hosted Buyer reimbursement. Prior to the closing of the event, all eligible passports must be submitted to the La Cumbre staff at a designated spot, where the raffle will be take place.
