Package Booth – From US$ 2,665(1)
Each 10’ x 10’ full booth/office includes pipe and drape dividers, four chairs, a table, identification sign and a delegate registration and appointment schedule.

Up to three additional delegates may be registered per booth for a total of four in each booth. Only two appointment schedules per full booth are generated. Registration fees include listing in the La Cumbre Business and Online Directories, computer services, credentials, and participation in all official functions.

Shared Booth – US$ 2,100(1) (includes one delegate)
Shared booths are a good solution for organizations that may want only one set of appointments. Included are all the amenities of a full booth and the convenience of requiring only one delegate, although an additional delegate may be added. Organizations selecting this option must indicate the company with whom they wish to share a booth.

Free Build
Organizations (hotel groups and CVBs) wishing to register multiple sharing companies can purchase raw space to build their own pavilion with each sharing company fully registered within this area. Companies within this area may register separately and conduct their own appointments.

Additional Delegates – US$ 525 each A maximum of four delegates are allowed to register in each full booth. Shared booths may accommodate a maximum of two delegates from each company.

This registration does not include hotel accomodations or airline tickets.
