Hosted Buyer Program

Hosted Buyers are senior decision makers with top level purchasing responsibility that meet strict qualifying criteria such as purchasing power, annual budget, number of events held annually and business conducted internationally. Hosted Buyers commit to attend at least 25 pre-scheduled appointments with exhibitors of their choice through a buyer driven matching system.


What is included in the Hosted Buyer Program?

Accommodation (room only) for three nights at host hotel.
Periodic Round Trip Transfers between airport, Host Hotels and Convention Center.
Admission to La Cumbre and official La Cumbre networking events.
Ability to pre-schedule appointments with exhibitors of your choice from the Leisure, Corporate, MICE, and Adventure & Ecotourism segments.
Ability to attend Destination Seminars that interest you.


What is not included in the Hosted Buyer Program?

Travel insurance
Private transfers
Airline Tickets
Hotel upgrades
Additional nights’ accommodation
Personal extras


Get a complete refund of your registration fee

Hosted Buyers will receive a complete refund of their registration fee by committing to the following:
To participate as a Hosted Buyer you MUST register prior to July 1, 2009.
Pre-schedule a minimum of 25 appointments online.
Attend a minimum of 25 appointments during the two days of business sessions.
Attend at least one of the Destination Seminars available.
Submit the Club Elite Passport with exhibitor labels included as proof of attendance to the meetings to registration prior to closing luncheon.
