Booth Prices

^* If you choose to register for this type of booth you MUST inform us the name of the other company and the other company MUST submit the Registration Form at the same time.

Note:
a) Exhibitor registration does not include hotel accommodation or airline tickets. Each exhibiting delegate receives 1 appointment schedule (up to 30 appointments). Maximum 2 appointment schedules per 10' x 8' booth. 
b) With your registration you are donating 40 USD to Just a Drop organization.

c) CVBs and organizations representing multiple products should contact us to learn about special  pavilions and rates.

Additional Delegates – 525 USD each

A maximum of four delegates are allowed to register in each full booth. Shared booths may accommodate a maximum of two delegates from each company.

b) Round trip Airport – Hotel Transportation at scheduled times.
