GSA Profile
A GSA (General Sales Agent) is a sales representative for a company or organisation from the travel and tourism industry, in a specific region or country. Typically, GSAs are responsible for all sales of a product in their region.
GSA delegates may schedule appointments with exhibitors.
Appointments are mutually agreed upon; i.e., one party requests the meeting and the other party either confirms or rejects said request.
