GSA Profile
A General Sales Agent (GSA) is a sales representative for a company from the travel & tourism industry in a specific country or region. Typically, the GSA is responsible for selling all products and/or services of the company in its region.
GSA classification is only available to a select number of leading representation firms. GSA delegates are not included in computer appointment scheduling, but do participate in on-site appointment scheduling sessions, ensuring that both exhibitors and GSA delegates have a mutual interest before an appointment is confirmed.
