Hosted Buyers
Hosted Buyers are buyers pre-qualified by La Cumbre who, upon meeting the requirements of the Hosted Buyer Programme, receive a refund of their registration fee.
The requirements are:
- Register prior to 15 June 2012.
- Prior to the event, pre-schedule at least 25 meetings through the online system.
- During the event, attend all pre-scheduled meetings.
- Attend at least 1 Destination and Product Presentation, available 6 and 7 September.
- Hand in the event Passport with the stickers* of each meeting as proof of attendance.
*Exhibitors’ signatures on passports as proof of attendance at meetings will NOT be accepted. Buyers must request the pertinent sticker at the meeting, without exception.
Please make sure that all Exhibitor stickers of proof of attendance are affixed in the exact order indicated in your agenda. Missing stickers or those placed in a different order will not be considered. Refunds will be processed after the event. Once all Passports have been audited, we will contact each Company to verify their banking information to that end.
What is included in the Hosted Buyer Program?
- Accommodation (room only) for the 3 nights of the event’s duration.
- Transportation between Orlando International Airport and the Host Hotel.
- Admission to the event and attendance at official La Cumbre activities.
- Possibility of pre-scheduling meetings with exhibitors of your choice from the Leisure, Corporate and MICE Tourism segments.
- Possibility of attending the Tourism Branding Forum on 5 September.
- Possibility of attending Destination and Product Destinations of interest to you, on 6 and 7 September.
What is not included in the Hosted Buyer Program?
- Travel Insurance.
- Private Transportation.
- Airfare.
- Hotel room upgrade.
- Additional nights’ accommodation.
- Personal expenses.
