Hosted Buyers will receive a complete refund of their registration fee by committing to the following:
- Pre-schedule a minimum of 25 appointments online.
- Attend a minimum of 25 appointments during the two days of business sessions. Hosted buyers should include all pre-scheduled appointments among these.
- Attend at least one of the Destination Seminars available.
- Submit the Club Elite Passport with exhibitor labels included as proof of attendance to the meetings to registration prior to closing luncheon *.
