Hosted Buyer Program Requirements
In order to be reimbursed as a Hosted Buyer you must meet the following requirements:
- Complete the registration process before June 15th, 2012 (limited availability).
- Pre-schedule a minimum of 25 appointments through our online system.
- Attend all online pre-scheduled appointments during the event.
- Attend at least one of four Destination and Product Presentations.
- Submit the La Cumbre Passport* at the entrance of the closing luncheon.
*Please make sure all the exhibitor labels which confirm the meeting took place are adhered in the exact order indicated in your agenda. Labels placed in a different order, will not be considered. Reimbursements are processed after the event. Once we audit all passports submitted, we contact each company to verify banking information.
