Get a full refund on your Registration Fee

Hosted Buyers will receive a complete refund of their registration fee by committing to the following:

• Pre-schedule a minimum of 25 appointments online.
• Attend a minimum of 25 appointments during the two days of business sessions. Hosted buyers should include all pre-scheduled appointments among these.
• Attend at least one of the Destination Seminars available.
• Submit the Club Elite Passport with exhibitor labels included as proof of attendance to the meetings to registration prior to closing luncheon *.

*No exhibitor delegate signatures will be accepted instead of stickers

What is included in The Hosted Buyer Program?

• Accommodation (room only) at the host hotel for the three nights during the show.
• Round trip transfers between the San Diego airport and the host hotel in designated schedules and show buses.
• Admission to La Cumbre and official La Cumbre networking events.
• Ability to pre-schedule appointments with exhibitors of your choice from the Leisure, Corporate and MICE segments.
• Ability to attend Destination Seminars of your interest.
